Hello everyone,

After a cracking event last year, Minis at Dunsfold will return on Saturday 2nd June 2018.

Last year our event raised over £2100 for Variety, the Children's charity, and this year we're supporting Buttle UK, another fantastic children's charity, and we hope to raise even more!

Some more about the event....

Minis at Dunsfold is held at Dunsfold Aerodrome, the home of the TopGear test track, and our 2018 event will take place on Saturday 2nd June 2018.

Minis at Dunsfold is a fun day for all Mini enthusiasts, getting to drive your Mini on the famous TopGear test track, and we welcome owners of all Minis, from 1959 to present to participate.

The event is not a track day, there will be no timed laps, and cars will not be allowed out on track on their own – this on safety grounds as the Top Gear test track is a figure of eight.

On arrival, Minis will be put into three groups according to speed and ability, and you’ll be led out with other cars in your group 10-15 cars at a time. You will have approximately 5 laps following a safety car, and then return to the paddock. Each Mini should have three or four track sessions during the day.

The speed of the laps varies by the group you are in. The slowest of the three groups is suitable for all Classic Minis, while the fastest will cater for even the latest John Cooper Works MINIs. Our safety drivers are well trained, and will ensure you have some fun but safe laps.

While you are not participating on track, there will be refreshments available, and we will also have hot food catering facilities available all day.

The cost of the event is £65.00 per car. This is a slight increase on 2017, and is purely to part cover ticketing costs. As per 2017, there is no charge for additional drivers or passengers.

The event is entirely non-profit making, and 100% of all profits from the day will go to Buttle UK children's charity.

Timetable for the day (subject to alterations)

09.00 Gates open – please do not arrive before 9am, we will not be ready!
09:45 Welcome and drivers briefing
10:00 Track action begins
12:30 Break for lunch and raffle draw
13.30 Track action resumes
