I bought tickets for this back on November and assumed that would negate the use of the usual attendees list, but I've just seen there's still a list running...

https://www.pistonheads.com/calendar/event.asp?i=9...

I've added myself to the reserves, but what happens if I don't make it onto the final list!?
As per the article you have to be on the list to park in our parking area I'm afraid, but fear not you'll still be able to come! If you don't make the list you'll have to just park with the general public. smile

What do we do on the day...just tell the ticket people we're with PH and try to find where the PH crew are located (it's usually VERY busy)?
Is it OK to turn up in a different car to what we put in the calendar?

You'll receive a parking pass to put in your windscreen in the email I'll send out this morning, the Bicester staff will then direct you to our area. To make this a little easier we'll also be including a map so you can see where we'll be parked!

It's fine to turn up in a different car to the calendar one smile

Thanks

Might leave the car at home and turn up on my motorbike. Still park with PH or not?

I was #264 yesterday, now #236 so on the list smile

Is the PH parking area going to be labelled itself? one entrance into it, or just open to the road it's off?

Here is the Google Map if it helps anyone.

Looks like it's going to be cold but dry if the forecast is to be believed. Time to get my camera on charge.

Jack's email that I've just received advises that we'll be directed to the PH car park onsite so we should use the Buckingham Road (A4421) entrance (postcode OX26 5HA). I'm assuming that given they'll be 250 PH cars plus all the others going, that there could be a queue to get in early on.

This seems to be a recurring problem for you - ISTR that you didn't receive the BMW SS one either.

The email has been sent out.

Are you sure you are checking the email account you have registered with PH?

ETA: I've sent you an email through your profile to check that you can see emails from the address registered with PH.

Looks like tickets are still available online - they just email you an e-ticket which you can print. Remember to use the code 'PHJA19' to get the discount, assuming it's still valid.

Oops looks like I forgot to add ourselves to the list when we bought our tickets. I’m also not sure which email address it would go to anyway, maybe an old work one , silly chemo brain ??

It is an old work email, I can’t see any way of updating this in my profile.

Anyone know if there is a cutoff of entry times? Potential passenger is busy until 11am so would probably be getting there about 11.30 or so.
