Agreed. That's why I only counted 10 (There are more than 10 Abarths signed up) there are 10 that have joined in March 2019

Is this an official club? I'd be interested in joining.

Yes an official club, it’s not very active on the website but Facebook is more active. Just search Abarth owners club.

Regarding car clubs it is not just them (and they were advised by Abarth HQ to tell members to signup on PH) in the Sunday service section once a year a gent asks when the calendar is published. It’s the only post he makes, the reason? So he can put the calendar on his 600 strong car club Facebook site.

I’m sure the same probably happens at The BMW Sunday service, I know we all joke about mx5’s and 3 series BMW’s but I’m amazed how many owners on here attend or are they from the BMW owners groups......

It is absolutely amazing..... fantastic piece of Abarth history
Yep.. thumbup
OK I'm prepared to put my head above the parapet (and I'm not a Abarth 500 kid smile ):
I know nothing about this car and I feel I should. This is an Abarth thread so please tell more. We all love talking about our classics so I'm sure it won't be a chore!

I assume you're Abarth UK and not the owner's club. I'm reasonably sure PH rules don't stop you posting contact info on here in instances like this.

Owners can contact us via our social channels, we wouldn't want anyone to share contact details on an open forum. Thanks

I’m a bit late to this, so my fault as only just seen this. I have an historic Abarth so though PH and Abarth would have a separate list for the very cars they are celebrating!?

I miss my Strada Abarth. Best car I've owned and so reliable.

"so though PH and Abarth would have a separate list for the very cars they are celebrating!?" 100% agree Why would historic and new abarths have to park elsewhere when it is a 70th birthday of Abarth . My car is no show special as i use it nearly everyday

If anything, the Strada Abarth was THE last proper Abarth before badge enginnering reared its head. The old and new should be parked together.

Good morning

Will this be the first 150 cars arriving or will there be reserved places for those registered to park?

You need to sign up to the calendar linked in the article. They usually check usernames as you enter.

Morning!

This isn't a first come first serve basis, the 150 spaces are for those on the "Going" list (ie first 150 on the list). If you're on anything other than the "going" list, then I'm afraid you won't be allowed in! We have a strict number of spaces and cannot go over unfortunately.

Thanks

Good afternoon now! Jack

I am on the 150 list, just wondered how you would know if I'm behind a queue of cars wanting access?

Only those on the 150 list should be turning up - those not on the list do not have a place at the event.

So if you are in a queue then, assuming everyone is playing by the rules, all those ahead of you will get in (as well as you). smile
