I might nip down just to have a look, I've got a few P-Mags which can go to a new home or the bin.

Fried eggs for breakfast? boxedindriving

Sorry lads

My car has decided we're not going to make it

I think it's not charging

Turning round and going home

Could still come in a different car....

Update

Car died miles from home. It must have ran out of electricity to fire the engone.

My day is over...

My water pump died yesterday. We’re not having the best of luck currently!

My car decided to come to rest here. I had to go get the 550i toolbox and another battery and that got it.home.

Sadly was not able to make this which really frustrating.

On Wednesday evening the engine/gearbox were still out of the car:

A few jobs had been completed including the install of a Motorsport AOS - it all just took longer than expected.

Hope everyone that made it had a great time.

ATM my sympathies for failing to proceed. What a disappointing morning! Sorry to have missed out on the opportunity to chat!

I can recommend the Bosch 150Amp alternator, PN:AL0815N which is a straight swap for the original 120Amp unit.

Great to meet you all today and put some faces to usernames.

M11rph & PPBB - as I was leaving, I said I’d ping you a message via your profiles here, but PMs don’t seem to be enabled. Feel free to reach out and continue the 9x6 conversation.

Likewise, really enjoyed seeing the variety of 996s on show, some great cars and good to hear the stories behind them.

I've messaged you delays, it appeared to go through.

Ditto all the comments. My son and I really enjoyed it though I perhaps should have put my hat on. It didn’t feel ‘that’ sunny but I appear to have caught it!

Great to meet everyone and chat. Thanks for organising PPBB.

Another similar venue is Gilks Garage Cafe at Kineton. They seem to have recently secured some additional nearby parking at a commercial premises, as it was always a bit limited.
