Should we be expecting a receipt/confirmation of the surveymonkey reg/phone no. submission?

I submitted on the day of being accepted (26th May) but didn't receive anything back and if I click the survey link again it appears to let me re-fill it out.

if we come in something a bit different is it still the public car park (although like before assume that will be like something else with the variation of cars coming away even if not in the 200)

All performance cars not in our display areas will be directed to our performance parking area in front of the paddock upon arrival, on a first come first served basis. There'll be space for circa 500 cars here.
