BNG 2006 - Track Day Mon 4th
Discussion
Is this still on? Monday 4th September?
To answer SS the noise restriction is raised for weekday trackdays and we have never had a TVR fail so you should be OK. There's little point in giving their db number because they don't actually measure the cars. it's the opinion of the chief marshal.
Croft trackdays are an early start, sign on is something like 08:30. Is there an intention for people to drive up from Ripon area?
Petrol is difficult to find in the area so fuel up on your way. I find I need just over a tank full for a normal trackday so I carry jerry cans.
Club events are being run 'open pitlane' (much better than sessioned). Normally 15 cars on the track and no more than 45 cars signed up. Depending on take-up you may need to manage this. If you do start to manage it put me down for one place.
