Yep, absolutely gutted. The Chim is sitting in my girlfriends parents garage waiting for me to fix it.

So I'll be arriving in a nice purple/blue corsa 1.2!!! I'm so proud!

I've bought loads of big PH stickers to plaster all over it though!!

Depends on boot space. If it won't all fit then we'll be coming in the Rav.

So why are you not bringing yours - is it dead again?

Why the hell not?

Yeah, I'm a member of a sportscar forum and I'm turning up to their annual pissup in my shopping cart.

Might not be bringing my (performed-extremely-well-on-the-rolling-road ) Chimaera, Charlie, don't know yet. Could be the Scoob or, given the hard rain's a gonna fall forecast, Mavis the 110 Landie so's we can sit in the dry if the beer tent's overloaded!

Only vehicular decision so far = not the Caterham as it's miserable for distance driving when the weather is fully wet

Ah, and here was me not bothering with PF 'cause the bonkers Saab is in the workshop (after having been sat immobilised in the garage with an electrical problem that stranded me over A MONTH AGO)... H'm, by the sounds of it I could have brought my MINI One(chalking it up as a business trip ) and not been laughed out of the venue...

Why's that, Emma? Hope it doesn't mean you are not coming, I've been looking forward to seeing you again after too brief a chat at BTaP.

Lots of anal reasons that probably make no sense to anyone else

Don't tell me, you've just had it lubed... er, I mean zymolled!

Like someone else said ... unless you have a damn good reason (or own the website) i don't understand not bringing the car. My trip down would be a hell of a lot more comfy in the uber-cruiser, and I'd fit more in, but that's just not the P.Heads spirit.
