Jaker,
I organised a stag do to Krakow lust July, and was there the November the year before. Had a fantastic time on both occasions, but last summer there were definitely more lads tours around - could either be the fact it was summer, or as said its becoming popular. Not as many as Budapest though (having been there many times woth work & stag do, far prefer Krakow)
When are you going? Go during term time if you have a choice, it has a huge university student population which gives the place a big buzz.
Trendy clubs to go to are Prozak and Fusion, but make sure you go in small groups.
Paprazzi is a smart bar which serves decent food
If you want something more grungy go to Club Pod Jaszczurami, basically a large hall with a dance floor stage and is a large student hangout with cheezy music, great fun
All of these are just off the market square which is where you want to be. You can just crawl around the streets off the square and most places are pretty easy to get in
Check out www.cracow-life.com/krakow/pub_directory.php for details
Let us know what you think after you've been, as I've convinced another stag to go to Krakow next March, so would be interested if its gone down hill (i.e. too many stag tours) or not
