Motorshow at Excel - Parking?

Does anyone know about the motor show's park n ride scheme?

We're going to the 'Rock in the Dock' concert after the motor show, does anyone know where the park n ride pick-up point is?, did you take your car?

are there alternatives to the organisers 'park n ride' scheme?. There appears to be very little in the way of useful information their website...

a little tip.Park and ride is ok but only if the bus driver finds it which in our case didnt for 15 minutes.

Seemed to work efficiently and very well for me. Plenty of busses and a clear system. Last ones ran around Midnight so I was told.

Overall I was surprised how easy it was to get in and out of London, park and get to and from ExCel!

I for one completely ignored the signs, to great effect, don't turn left at the roundabout for carpark 1 go straight over all the way until you get to the dock rock/vxr banners then take a right at the roundabout explain to the person on the gate you're going to the hotel the other side, drive all the way down to the end straight over the first roundabout, then turn left at the next roundabout and on your left just before the hoardings covering the building works is a small multi storey charging £5 a day like the others best thing is, it's covered and not very full, so no queuing to get in/out
