Yes it is. I was there that day.

Adams car was built in Pfaffenhausen not Texas. Although the poster may be making reference to the fact that Ruf have opened US representation in Dallas which does the 520/550 bhp upgrades to 996TT/GT2 engines on site (The more powerful upgrades for 996TT/GT2 necessitate the engines being shipped to Ruf HQ Germany for stripping and rebuilding).

That AMG was a monster. Best i could manage that day was 181MPH & that's my record to date.
