My Lord of Bristol and I have a tacit understanding about this matter.

Basically, once they hit 'a certain level' then cutlasses will be drawn and the first one to have theirs' delimited and photo'd breaching 200 wins Pendine Sands.

Angus, I nearly joined you via the CL in the twice blown, V12 amgstakes but the test drive included the negotiation of something ignored by the former dentiste Houstonaire who seems to have been involved in that car's set-up - namely, a roundabout, after which lurching farcefest, I was rather put orf.

LoB has told me SLs are more accomplished in this regard and I hope they are but for now, my trust in a 500 kilo weight advantage - despite being an 'undred 'orses light (admittedly in pre-Revo guise) - means my GT faith remains within the charming arms of the blue & white propellor's repertoire.

As for the beetle, it has now entered a world of modification I have christened 'The Venetian Commission,' whereby the mug aka moi, otherwise trading silks and fine wines with eastern merchants turns to his Michaelangelic artisan and, exasperated with mere details and other inconveniences like timescales or reality, simply trusts to luck: "Donna care whatita costs but justa make sure the delivery isa Cistine." To which end the 'Turbo' script is to be replaced with the touching digit of Jehovah.

Oh balls. banghead

Just seen this after getting an e-mail from Keith!

I went to the first track day they held in Oct 2005. Had an a brilliant time. The main straight is smooth tarmac and great fun. I'm off for another blast there in April
It made Bruntingthorpe seem like a dirt track.

This was filmed from my Ultima on that day. Flat out at 180mph most of the way down it, slightly downhill and running the opposite way from the last track day.

Would love to do a Vmax day there and if the money goes to charity, then that's a bonus thumbup
