When is the first 2007 Virginia Water Meet?
Discussion
From their posted opening times here www.thorpepark.com/planning_your_visit/opening_times.asp?css=2
It would look like the last chance to get their enormous carpark before season starts is the first weekend in February, assuming you want a meet up in the daylight.

Hey all / Ted?
How about calling Warbrook House in Eversley?

It's in a similar area (well it is to anyone travelling from the east side of the M25! )
They were very amenable when Seloc used to run meets there of a sunday, once a month - would put on Tea, coffee - open the bar etc - even allowed access to the Croquet! lol
There were additional car parks off to the side (out of the picture) and a huge driveway that could be parked up down one side... They may be able to tell you what they believe their capacity to be and when / if they're willing to do it?
