Firstly, I'm awaiting comfirmation from the wife (who'll be 7 1/2 months pregnant) that I can go.

If I can, what's the deal for the football teams? Is it five/six/eleven a side?

Perhaps PT can set up a Teams section where you can add your name to the number of teams?
I've got a couple of team kits I can bring along if it will help.

Just a thought

We had a GREAT game of wheelchair footie last summer... used a beach ball.

This time, though, I'll just stick to the sidelines and cheer on the winning team.

Well I'm sure we can scramble a few five a side teams then.
I have two kits for definate.

Still need to know how big this football pitch we're allocated is?

PetrolTed, can you let us know please?

Again, one for me......

We have been allocated the entire outfield parking area which is H U G E !

I guess we will get a couple of 5-a-side goals and some flags to mark the corners.

We are also looking for some helpers to run the Pistonfest Games side of things if anyone is feeling organised. Basically someone to organise teams, score sheets, points etc.

I would offer but I will be going round and round in circles in a thoroughbred race car !!!!

Well i've had confirmation from the wife that I'm allowed to go
I'm quite happy to bring along a laptop with a spreadsheet on to sort out points on whilst there, that's no problem.

Not too sure how to go about organising teams. I'll bring two kits with me, and Muncher has offered to bring a couple too. I've no issue with mine being used for various activities.

All we need now is a register for people who want to play. (I assume someone else will organise the flags/goals etc, as there won't be enough room in my car)

Perhaps put your name on here? (PS I hope this will be on the Sat/Sun, as I'll be going early Monday )

I'll go first

Hey Brian, if that is the case and you need any help running around, i'm sure there will be plenty of us to show you some good old British PH hospitality.

Just ask.
