Just read your post Kevin - kit car then?

It was a butchered Fiat Coupe from where I was standing - Bugatti grille and two-tone paintwork but I'm hoping someone has pictorial evidence, it had gone by the time I walked over

I spoke to the owner breifly and he said it was a prototype built for Bugatti.

Don't these usually get crushed?

I want one of these. And a field to drive it around in. And a bunch of chavs to shoot with the minigun.

Couldn't figure out a ladylike way to get in - I guess it's a case of lowering yourself through the hatch in the roof.
Nope.I get in through the front hatch.Nice day. Most cars ive ever seen turn up there.

Yeah, great day and fantastic turnover. Just doing some very loose arithmetic and I think we had 80ish cars which must be a record for the Kent meets.

Any ideas for a bigger venue?

Yep, just got it back on the road after months of minor problems and no time to sort them out. Spent the morning with with a bag full of Autoglym products before heading up to The Woodman. Slightly embarrassed when I left though and forgot to disarm the immobiliser so it wouldn't fire up. paperbag

Was hoping to have a chat with you about the Saab actually, as I'm considering one for a possible fleet reallignment strategy in the future...

Re-iterate that the 'fiat' did not sound like one - more like a nascar. 2 horizontal pipes from the rear much higher than an undertray exhaust. Very deep throated, like my RS6... would be interested in learning more about this car if the owner posts on here.

The Grasshopper has a larger car park and its not far away but we moved from The Grasshopper to the Woodman as the food was better.

Good to see so many there today, as is often the case the wife & I were the last to leave

The Grasshopper is a crap pub on so many levels, the only thing it has going for it is the big car park....but Im sort of....well, banned from that!

It gets very busy too, I dont think you would get the numbers in there we had today with the co-operation of the management (if you can call them that)

As you say, at least at The Woodman he makes an effort, Heinz was already talking about the next one when I left!

I cant think of another pub in the area that would be as good as The Woodman, but Im open to offers.
