Oh goody! Despite the excess Argentinian Merlot last night, I find myself mentally skipping like a newborn lamb this morning!

Now we just need one more person Should we be putting our focus on finding someone for the beer sprint, or would someone who knows which end of a spanner to use on a 2CV be a better bet?

OK - Pistonfest Games will work with teams of 4 people. There will be 5 or 6 disciplines some of which will be solo and some will be teams. Each discipline will have a winning score of 10 points. 2nd place will be 9, 3rd place 8 points and so on. We will have a spreadsheet with team names along one side and disciplines along another. All points will be added up at the end and the 2 teams with the highest points will enter the final competition to do an engine change on a 2cv. I am away skiing for a week but if you could email your team name and the 4 members to [e-mail] I will put the spreadsheet together when I get back. Please only send your team name and member names to this email and do not use it for questions etc.

We will need 2 people to organise the Games over the weekend and work to a time table of events so every team completes every discipline. If you want to do this please let me know at the email address above.

Please note that football is not included in the Pistonfest Games. However, if someone wants to do the same for this then that's fine. I am up for playing in a team.....

The plan is to start the Games on Saturday afternoon and run them through until Sunday afternoon. Probably have the final either just before or just after the start of the race which is at 4pm.
