Would love to come along but I'm doing the radio thing in July.

I know Cornwall like the back of my hand.

Rotaree said: Are you only allowing Tivs or will any PH type car do? I could bring the Boxster S up from Falmouth if there were no objections!

Rotaree we are going to try and keep it to Tivs initially, this depends on wether we get 100 good natured Tiv owners along! So lurk away in the background and lets see. As to having a Boxster S along, how could we really refuse the 'World's best Sportscar'

But we'll keep to the 'Tiv's 'n Pasties' theme for now, and then maybe move on to a 'Tiff's 'n Oggies' later!!

Come on you TVR owners lets be havin' you!

cheers

Simon

Hi 'Cardinal Reach-so-low'

No we'll not get onto 'Tuscaneers' until at least 5.00 or 6.00 am! Don't worry though I've taken my tongue out of my cheek - It was starting to hurt what with laughing so much.
It would be great to meet up with you and other TVR fans.

Mark if you've got a TVR you can of course join in, it would be good to see you!

There will be a rally point somewhere along the route where you can get in on a Rumble - albeit a long one!

initial thoughts are for evrybody to meet at Exeter Services on M5 for a big burble down the A30

Corin this is a very good question? Which I think will only be answered once we have nearer a full compliment (however many that may be?) on board - then we will know the best time to meet at Exeter Services and then we can answer your question ?

Sorry to be a bit vague, but planning will have to wait a little on that one

more to follow soon!

Hey you guy's dose anyone feel like trying a bit of surfing whilst we are all down for the weekend? It's years since I last put on a wet suit and half drowned myself. As you know there are loads of places where you can hire the gear all you need is proof of address ie drivers licence.

Good morning campers!!

Planning so far includes:

The plan is based on catering for 100
that could be the number of cars with one occupant (the car park is large enough!)
or the number of people, as in driver and passenger - it doesn't matter

This would get the cost of the event down to £40 per head

Which pays for: A large Marquee, a Band, an outside Bar, fireworks on Friday night, Porta- showers, Porta-dunnys, Breakfast in the Marquee Sat morn, BBQ/Pig Roast on Saturday, and Breakfast in the Marquee Sun morn

You have to bring your own tent and basic tea brewing kit and you will have to fund meals outside of B/fast from the bar or restaurant

Entry to the camping area, reserved car park and BBQ will be by ticket only, available from me nearer the time

come on you Tiv'ers - we could have that part of Cornwall Rumbling!

Fireworks... in my mind its a very quick way to spend an awful lot of money that could be spent on more beer..

Cheers,
Matt

Nice one Simon. Cornwall's a good place for a rumble (and that's just the cider and pasty effect), so I'll try to make it for at least the big day.
