I think you are referring to the Hawaian shirt that Tim was 'modelling' outside the Insane Racing awning.

Tim's main job at Insane is to roam the paddock, scaring laydees towards us needy racing drivers (ok - trainee racing driver) and sex-starved mechanics. That shirt worked a treat...

Tim's was good (in a bad kind of way ) but only came second to the hideous representation of dolphins cavorting in a bright blue ocean (with the obligatory lime green, yellow and red flashes) that was spotted on several occasions.

It was a top shirt that surely was being worn for a bet. Either that or it was the primary stage of lady-scaring, moving them quickly into Tim's net.
