Excellent day, really enjoyed the PistonFest! Well Done Ted and everybody involved.

Wandering around the stands and cars was great. Met up with some top people, and the weather was superb. Got to admit though, drag racing, dullest motor sport going, a few timed runs then about 30 minutes just sitting around waiting for the paint to dry, not my idea of exciting motor sport! Suggest another motor sport next year!

Will post pictures soon.

Well done again Ted and Co., count us in for the next one.

Brilliant weekend, good to meet mikeylad, miniman, pesky, pistol (cheers for the ride in the Chim), fatboy and many many more that I cant remember coz I was pisshed.

Just spent an hour in the shower and am as red as a lobster.

Me and minimax had a good run back up the M1, the fiesta sounds bloody excellent with no exhaust!

Got plenty of video and pictures which I'll post up as soon as I unpack the car.

Cheers everyone

Piers - do you mind if I nick some of your video for the one I am doing? I didn't have the camcorder on me when the Jet car was running.

Here's a picture of the BMW Isetta that's been talked about. Hayabusa engine in the back of it! No video of it crashing, but I did get to see the incident of it hitting the wall. Looked like it broke a drive shaft to one wheels, which sent it into the barriers?

Well done one and all.. Excellent do.. Got back about an hour ago, stopped off at Leicester Services to pass out. For some reason, I was a little tired today..

Must do it again sometime. Always fun to drink a little, enjoy merry songs around the campfire, (next time I'll park my freshly washed car upwind )pass out in a field, loose my phone, get sunburnt, drink a small shandy or two, deny having a hangover , make a tit of myself dancing, (sorry to anyone I might have kicked/punched/caused to herniate themselves laughing when they saw me).

Must remember next time, glow stick glow and can be seen over quite a distance..

Oh - anyone video RudeGirl and I doinf our sound check?

Thanks to one and all for organising..

Think I'll pass out now..

Edited to add: top comedy moment - anyoen else hear the post Porsche song dawn chorus? I have never in my life heard noises like were coming from some people's tents..

That loo - PistonLoo "Smell matters" oh my god was it foul! just had the thought of someone pushing it over when the festivities started

Then there was MRS Jamer and her lady friends trying hard to get me in bother - I didnt know her boyfriend was there Honest!

And Mrs Chim450 deserves a medal for sleeping within 50 feet of her man let alone in the same tent.
Thats gotta be the loudest snore Ive heard. The sides of the tent were sucking in and blowing out!

Bring on next year! Well done Ted
