wow, how many profiles have you got?

No problem at all with your son riding with you. You would have to sign a disclaimer for both of you (as everyone does) to say that you are wholly responsible for your actions and any damages or injury.

Which car would you bring ?

ah ok, sounds good & as I said, your son very welcome, I'm sure he'd love it. Lots of nice cars there to look at and maybe get him a passenger ride if you wanted.

I might try and come along. Is it settled on £150 for the day?

Whilst you're all talking about trap speeds - this Fiesta was at Bruntingthorpe recently...

Used to work in the same company as the guy. Never went out in it and always thought he was talking the usual cr*p when he said he'd come up against 911 Turbo's and beat them... Now I might have to believe him!

The price is dependent on how many cars attend (ie cost of venue hire and laser equipment divided by number of vehicles). £150 is a guesstimate from the last event Craigw organised. Suggest you email craig via his profile with any queries.

DAZ
(Should have a non PHer mate of mine attending in a Tuscan as well)

Looks like I may be able to come, wont be doing any runs though. Is it still ok? My name is Ben and I will be in my Smart - will be armed with a digicam no doubt .

How are you fixed for spectators? Just down the road from me.
Having already sampled the delights of Daz's machine on the road, I'd be keen to see it in full flight.......

I think Craig is out of his office this week and possibly next week hence not receiving emails or surfing PH. In the last correspondence I had with him last week he said there were still places available for drivers so shouldn't be a problem fitting you in Goodlife.

Ben & Kenneth, I suggest you email Craigw directly regarding spectating, just be mindful a reply may take a while due to the above.

Daz, Der, Craig - la Noble is back and fully fettered. Just a short bit of running the changes in and it'll be ready.

Bring on the twisties - I need to throw my LSD at them!

Just to clear up a few questions I've been getting on email (Daz thanks for answering in my abscence)

Cost: 99.999999999999999999999999% wont be any more than £150, may well be a little bit less.

Spaces: Based upon those who have said yes then I have about 5 spaces free at the moment, this may change. Last time was fluctuating by about 7 places either way until 2 days before.

Spectators/Marshalls: Very welcome but please let me know in advance and IF you turn up late only enter the track with extreme caution (ie lights & hazards on), driving slowly and do not attempt to race anyone as its all good fun until Daz or Joust come around one of the bends behind you at about 100mph and you dont know where to go & they arent expecting slow moving traffic in front. If you see fast moving car approaching from behind, slow up/pull over until it has passed.

Food: burger/brekkie van will be there all day.

Speed Recording: We will have 2 speedtraps with digital boards displaying speed.

Any more questions just ask. Cheers chaps.

ps. sixspeed, i'm sure I've seen you around Wandsworth ?

pps. To make the day a little different I was contemplating spending an hour or so in the afternoon pitting cars against each other in a straight sprint so any scores/banter can be settled.

I dont mean doing the whole 2 mile straight but maybe starting from the beginning of the straight and running for about a mile (this would be marked) We could run four cars in parallel with plenty of room between.

Your thoughts gentlemen ?

Craig

Great idea and something the poor little Ultima may be able to do. Perhaps the fastest at the mile?
