I've taken the Tuscan there for breakfast numerous times on a saturday morning (it likes a full english) in the hope of seeing some decent hotrods, funnily enough there was a 350i there last time I went.
Be definitely up for a friday night there, hopefully some decent yank muscle around as well.
Cheers

PS. Bobski, good of you to volunter to organise the ealing/chiswick massive

Whitey,
Me thinks you may be angling at a bit of a drag race with your Tuscan ! Funny really, for all the hype nothing really happened last night. Except, that is for Dave Potter and his slightly sideways Cerbera power slide. Go on my son! You can always rely on a TVR to gatecrash such events and steal the show.

Not a bad turnout given the short notice and unsociable weather. I reckon about 10 -12 of us in total. Thanks Guys !
Now the better news and this is where I need some more support. The Ace are happy to give over a regular monthly night to us TVR drivers. This being the first Friday of the month, and will go down on their regular events list. All we need to do is to fill the car park.
As I have said before, the Ace is a great venue, easy to get to, plenty of parking with good food & drink. They also attract a lot of attention from the motoring press.
Any body up for a regular monthly meet ?
Matt,
Sounds good to me. If you can send me the full details, I will put it on the eGroup, club website, etc. to make sure of a good turnout of TVRs.
P.S. - My spies (Mark Taylor) tell me that the Coy Carp will be reopening this weekend.

We need plenty of owners of sports exhausts there!
Will do - we need to get a good number in so that we are well established by next year . . .
I know Friday 7th Nov is night before BTnP - but we should do alright

Melv,
A few of us should be there on Tuesday, weather permitting it should be another fine turnout. Every month I try and get in with the Griff, and each time the gate man turns me away, apparently the Griff is not old enough to be a classic, despite appearing on the cover of the very magazine that sponsor the night. Maybe on Tuesday I will reverse in, and give him 5000rpm of the finest V8 sports exhaust. Should just be able to slot into a space in time as he peels himself off the wall !
Let me know if you are going.

Hello All,
Sounds like the 7th could be a fun night - according to the Ace website they've got a live band on aswell
"IN THE MIDNIGHT HOUR - The Best in Rhythm n' Soul"
Is it worth popping this event on the Pistonheads event calender? It doesn't seem to be showing at the moment - would do it myself, but don't know how - doh!
