Calm down Mr Reeves.

Its only general chit chat.

It's not intended to be a photo shoot otherwise I'd have put that in the opening thread.

It should be a good day out, wherever we end up.

Unfortunately nobody can guarantee 100% satisfaction for anyone who attends.

If there is something or somewhere in particular that you would like to do/go, please feel free to put forward your own suggestion?

Hello Simon, nice to meet you at the weekend

Am thinking of going over to Machester, we could meet up at Wooley and drive over together if you like. Am watching the weather forecast closely though

I can see the point in going to McD's - I'd like to see the faces when we join the queue behind the Blot-on (sorry bolt-on) boys/girls in the drive-thru.

Good to meet you too.. Next time I'll take you up on the offer of a blatt in the chipped Chim before the drinking and silliness begins...

Weather is looking good for the weekend; Woodhead Pass seems like a good run over, (if we watch out for the scameras...)

It is perfectly possible I did say hello at some stage that afternoon/evening, however my memory of the event is somewhat hazy.. Next time I will behave a little better

As if..

Bollox! this sounds like it'll be fun... can't someone invent a Half Price Sale or something at Harvey Nicks to keep the wife occupied?

Mind you, I've got precisely 176 miles left before I'm out of insurance

MOD500 swings his pocket watch (cue Podie) and says 'Go into a deep sleep Al On Sunday morning you shall fire up your big red griff and meet me and Simon to go to Manchester'

Has it worked?

Sounds like a plan Hannibal, what time do you want to meet? Would 10am be about right to get over to the airport for 11:30am?

Edited to say: Are any of the other Yorkers interested in coming?

Note: Oulton Park track day is Saturday and not Sunday so that destination is now not an option. Unless you have a fetish for staring at an empty race track!

Is there any chance of a delayed meeting time at the Romper weather permitting on Sunday ?

There is a slightly important rugby match kicking off at 10am !

12.15 would suit me , but aware that other people have farther to travel , so if they would prefer to hold to the original , MrsH and I can catch up with everybody (BiB permitting !)

Think I might pop down if a quiet car is allowed.

I think that 12:15 is too late. It's only the semi after all. 1215 probably means leaving at half past which makes for a late lunch at best. Most pubs stop serving at 1:30 and would not be too pleased to see a big influx of food orders just as the chef is thinking of going home. Watch the first half and meet up at 11:15. (Or delay it untill after the world cup?)

Fear I'm going to have to bail out of this one.. Work has just booked me onto a train at 3 heading to London for a meeting at 7 to prepare for another at 9 on Monday..

Anyone know any good recruitment agencies?

Or do they serve food at the Romper? Could eat there first and then go for a run.
