Not sure if Sunday is a possibility now, the Tiv was towed away by the RAC earlier today. Knackered clutch

Very sorry to hear that, will you be able to get the cost back under good will maybe? Did you break down in a bad spot? You could still come in the beemer or pinch that mean supra near you!!

what time is this at? is it close to the centre? being a student my transport is a bus, although would be nice to come along as ive never really been to many road car meets outside of the GTROC.

Meeting 10:30am this Sunday at the JCT 600 Ferrari dealer.

Hope you can make it.

Out of interest, which owners club is the GTR one you refer to?

MOD.

www.gtr.co.uk the official one. i know a few people there, other than that its all racing cars for me

Looks like a good site. What are the GTROC meets like, have never heard of any round here.

Are you coming along Sunday? I would pick you on my way in but I have a passenger with me. There is another student in Leeds called Josh who posts on here, do you know him?

MOD.

i doubt i will make this as im having to go home this weekend due to unexpected reasons and wont be back until sunday afternoon.

the GTROC meets are generally very good, everyone knows everyone. We normally meet at a pub, have some lunch and then talk and play with the cars. There's always Skyline's of all sorts, not just GTR's too. theres never any meets in leeds though as afaik theres only 2 here, and one over the hill in doncaster.

Thankfully it should be covered by warranty and it didn't break down anywhere dangerous. Phew!

We may pop along in the Beemer, but its not the same is it

Anyway, on the brighter side, I am going to have another glass of fizz and celebrate the fact that I've had my three hiccups now. Speedo sensor, indicator relay and the clutch. By my calculations I should have a trouble free motoring during the spring!

Martyn

I will probably be along for tea as I mentioned before (I need some feeding) but I'm toying with the idea of popping along to the NY meet afterwards so can't do the run. Trying to keep my miles down as a service is due very soon aswell.

Why don't you take the car, you wouldn't need to leave until 10:00!

Good to see some of you again.

Was anybody surprised at how quiet the ferraris were. I thought I heard a good one but then found out it was chumley revving the Chim.

Sorry to miss the meet, guys & gals. I was hoping to make it, but was still washing, scrubbing, polishing, and repeating-as-necessary the Cerb all day.

I was going to come, but was too gutted about my car being keyed, maybe next time.

We went, had to watch everyone roar off without us, somehow I don't think the Golf would've kept up.

It was ace - good day out - Dinner turned out to be tea tho - my tummy was rumbling louder than the Chim by then. First time I've had it snowing into the Chim too Thanks to everyone that organised it and all who turned up. God I thought TIVs were expensive - £2000 for Rarri cam belts, every 20-30,000miles ! Jeez
