Fairly easy .... Follow the A33 J11 into B/stoke, you come across a big R/bout (Ringroad) left for the M3 right for Newbury. Turn Right, next r/bout turn left next r/bout turn right. Sproose Goose is along dual carriage way on right. You enter the car park from the next r/bout

I know it's really last minute, but how easy is The Spruce Goose to find from the M4? Is the leisure centre sign posted from the motorway? Sorry it's last minute.
Gavin.

Likewise, last minute Annie!! Coming up from the south coast so debating whether to come up the M3 or A32/A339, but that might spoil the drive latter.
See you there, assuming the sparkling duck car park is easy to find that is, just keep your engines running I'll follow my ears

Coming from the other side of Southampton, probably up the M3 (woolly hat when nobodies looking weather!!) what time you going up as the M3 is sort of equidistant east and west to us both.

I'm traveling up from West End Nr Southampton. May I suggest the layby just off J9 M3 north. It is just off the r/bout on the A34. I know the way up via the A33 which is far more interesting than the M3. Say 10.00am???

Yeah top fun all round.

I would have loved to have seen that copper with a speed guns face when he saw 20 odd TVR's, an Ultima GTR, a TT and a Caterham go past at 55 in a 60mph!

He must have thought 'There goes my bonus!'

Excellent day out, thanks to all, especially Don and nice to meet those of you who I managed to speak to.

Matt.

Well. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for coming. Sean at the Gamekeepers was obviously happy to see us all and I know I certainly had a good time. The power of Pistonheads....remarkable.

I threw a little web coverage together to remind us all...and make those who couldn't come jealous!

Had a good day, lots of names to cars, a good selection from 280FHC/350i/V8S/Chimaera/Griff/Cebera not forgetting the Caterham and Ultima. Particualry nice to see a Tasmin not in race colours!!!
I was hoping to see some Tuscan's and or Tamora's, next time maybe, when the suns out
Cant remember the 'name' of the Chimaera I was following, dark blue L plate? but it sounded rather nice when being gunned.
Got home for my lunch a little early as I took the A339/A32 shortcut back to the south coast, my thats a quick road in stretches.
Gaggle of bikes went screeming past me on the A339 bit (I wasn't exactly pedestrian), low and behold one mile up the road one them came off on a bend, all looked like they were walking, just one bent bike.
