Last year it was £25 for Saturday and Sunday, and £10 for a car pass = £35.

This year, they are £40 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and £5 for a car pass = £45.

The extra night incurs greater costs for the bar, security staff, PA hire, generator hire, marquee hire etc. etc.

So are the tickets per person or per car? If it's per person its more expensive than Le Mans.....

I'll still be there but it is steep. Please dont tell me the bar are charging you Ted, they will be making thousands.....they ought to be paying you mate!

And if you try to pee more than twice a day or dip the loo roll in the pan, he'll smack you with it.

Not unless you wish to get arrested for driving without a licence.

It's very easy to make assumptions about running costs and profit margins.

Whilst we are of course trying to make a profit on the event, I'm not silly enough to simply hike prices for the sake of it.

Mike, if you're not licensed then you'll not be allowed to drive on site.

If you work it out on a daily basis, with the extra day allowed on your weekend ticket, it actually works out to be cheaper than last year !

.......and there's more........
