You need to go to the Calendar and put your name down, but to keep the track of numbers each car must be on there. So get the other two on here, you wont regret it.
I'm also interested to see the Golfs.

Not currently, to reserve the space you need a member account. Why don't you set one up on her behalf and sign up for the meet? She doesn't have to use the account ever again if she chooses not to.
