Absolutely, but we'd rather explore the more interesting, and not normally accessible, venues first.
It's a possibility for the quieter months however.
Castle Coombe? lovely surrounding village as well. It's a possibility for the quieter months however.
Garlick, any chance you bringing the Tiv to the next one? Stumpy (sorry i meant the O/H) would love to see if she could drive a chim (future purchase you see )
Any of us would have been happy to help.
What a great event because I just realised again why I have chosen to do my internship in the UK A very good finish after the 4 months here.
So many great cars and a nice atmosphere and just the "english-bit" different to the entrance to the Nordschleife.
I will share some of my pictures when I'm back in Germany because I have to get my stuff packed! Always late
Thanks everyone!

have no idea why it happened but there was a cap on one of the radiator hoses and it blew off, and obviously the coolant all pissed out and was at boiling temperatures so had to wait for it all to drain out put cap back on and top it up with water temporarily.
I have a picture of you I don't think I caught your best side thoughI bet that is a cracking little car
glad to hear it was nothing major

excellent, aslong as its not way up north.I am in Wiltshire so somewhere near here would be great lol. Have you tried asking Castle Combe circuit?surely they would let us all in one morning? They have merlin motorsport there, and wiltshire college does a motorsport course, and have a great workshop.

Yes please!
January: MINI - Oxford
March: Lotus - Norfolk
April: Rolls Royce - Goodwood
May: Aston Martin - Gaydon
June: Milbrook Proving Ground
July: Caterham - Dartford
September: Mercedes Benz World
October: Bentley - Crewe
November: McLaren Technology Center - Woking
Lets hope that the manufacturers are as easily bribed as the PH team. Can every one please start sending Kprispy Creme's to Dr Bez, AM HQ, Newport Pagnell.
After every SS the wish list for future venues always comes up, so I thought I would join in. I am surprised however, that Lotus never really gets a mention, they have lots of space, a test track, a factory, and they are an F1 team! (are they still? I think? oh I give up!)
Plus I imagine that they must be the most popular british sports car that PHers own... the turn out of Lotus's (?) would be huge.
Bentley looks a good bet, I was actually thinking about that yesterday!March: Lotus - Norfolk

How many cars turned up in the end. It didn't feel like 800. I didn't count.
Pretty much all of the 800 bar a few here and there. With cars arriving early (some at 8.00) and others arriving at 12.30 we had a good spread throughout the day. Earlier arrivals tend to leave at around 10/10.30 so we never truly 'peak' at SS meets, with the exception of RR where exit gates don't open until 11.30.
Thanks all for making it such a good morning.
Just how cheap (and excellent) were those sausage rolls?!!
Just wondered if anyone got any photos of the red Caterham Superlight, reg ending in 'JUG'. I was the chap driving it in the scary clown mask (it's warm and practical!).
Thanks in anticipation...

Top marks for making it out in a Caterham on a day as cold as yesterday though.
An excellent morning yesterday, both on the run from Reading Services & at Mini UK - that’s to Paul, Stewart, Chris and all at PH + the guys at reading services
Without wanting to sound like an old codger (which I'm not - honest), I remember the early meets at Virgina Water circa 2001 and whilst they were great fun, we certainly have moved on from the windswept carpark that cost £4 to get in and coffee from the petrol station across the road . Working off a hangover and giving the car a polish on Saturday just reminded me how much I'd missed the Sunday Services over the winter period.
Cheers,
James

Millbrook would be really good but the rules on photography might get in the way a bit!

You must have been hiding in the bushes with the Subarus?
We went past and noticed a flash, assume the picture came out rubbish?
I saw a long line of cars coming down the hill being held up by an slow sunday driver. Then realised it was a convoy of PHers and jumped out with my camera. Skills aren't great so unfortunately I only have a blurred back half of your MX5 We went past and noticed a flash, assume the picture came out rubbish?
