Which mixture setting should I use

Hi, I recently had access to a Professional garage gas analizer, and I found that my mixture setting on my TVR Wedge had a perfect air fuel ratio mix but my Co was only 0.9%, if I set the Co to the correct 2.0% my air fuel ratio goes out showing unburnt fuel. So which setting should I go for Perfect Air Fuel ratio, of correct Co.

I may be wrong here, but I was under the impression that 2% was a maximum value, not the correct one. CO levels should be as low as possible. The 0.9% sounds about right.
