Won’t shift into 4th

Hi,
I have a 2005 Escalade that had an issue with 1-2 and 2-3 flaring between shifts.

It went into a trans rebuildier and he disassembled the box and torque converter, rebuilt both and put it back together.

Now the car starts out in 2nd gear and only goes to 3rd, will not shift to forth.
They had it for months without any luck.
I’ve checked the fuses for a popped fuse for power but it seems ok.
It lkterally just drives like it has 2 gears, won’t even attempt to shift or act like there’s another gear.
Any ideas?

Simple, take it back & get them to sort out the problem they created.

Could try asking on some of the LS facebook pages. Probably more familiar with that trans there.
