Any Ford, in particular ST170 genius’s on here?
Discussion
I’ve got this odd problem with my ST170 struggling to start when cold.
Every start after that initial first in the morning one is fine and the car runs ok as well.
It turns over but really struggles to fire. It refused to start all together in early December so the spark plugs and battery were changed which solved the problem for about 3 weeks then it started doing it again so I’m trying to get it sorted now before it refuses to start again.
So far I’ve changed plugs, battery, coil pack and coolant temp sensor but the issue persists.
Anybody got any ideas before I go with option 2 of setting fire to it and pushing it into a lake?

Non start should be easiest of all to diagnose...because the problem is always there.
If you're flying blind you'll get nowhere, you're going to need some proper test equipment to get anywhere here.
Check for fuel, air, spark...and view live sensor data to see if there are any oddities
