Should I be concerned about the coolant colour?

Coolant warning light came on, on my daughters Peugeot.
Very odd colour and the level is high.
Any thoughts?
2017 car, 12,000 miles.

No, that is not normal, and if the level has got high for some reason without you adding fluid...again, not normal.

Assuming nothing has been done that could explain colour & height if the car is still under warranty be worth speaking to the garage/dealer.
