Spark plug fouling

Many thanks, I am not an expert, so what is causing the problem then?
Well seeing as you are unable to answer any of the questions to try and diagnose remotely...how on earth do you expect me or anyone to know ? This is why there are mechanics and technicians out there. You take the car to a competent one, they can test and diagnose in order to effect a repair.
That generally does not involve throwing random parts at things for no good reason which can potentially create even more problems.
So if people from afar ask you to test things, or for information to try and assist them, to assist you....answers are needed. Otherwise it's a wholly pointless exercise.

a) I do not know about the emissions when "driving", I have not got any written results.
Poor fuel economy and fouling plugs would fit quite well with overfueling. Numerous people have told you to get the fuel mixture checked under load. Either do it yourself, or get somebody to do it for you, but just do it. Anyone with a rolling road should have EGO measurement equipment, you could even DIY with a WBO2 sensor and tailpipe mount if you're feeling keen. For goodness sake don't start throwing parts at it.
