Ok, so you have managed to post a handful of part formed sentences with very little detail & no obvious question..........

Clearly your spell checker has hit the escape button.......

Kia Sportage 05 , 2L Diesel , keep getting P0401 Egr code on dash.

Replaced Egr valve for new.
Replaced accelerator pedal.
Injectors removed cleaned and tested.

Second issue, Jeep engine is juddering in low gears at around 1600 rpm.

Other Kia owners have reported this to main dealer and the fault reappears.

Anyone else have this problem??
Thanks

According to Google, the EGR code indicates insufficient EGR flow. So your mechanic should be looking for a jammed / blocked valve, blocked pipework or electrical / vacuum problem. Is the valve opening at all?

The juddering engine sounds like a misfire. I'd have thought the ECU would be recording fault codes in that case.

Kia Sportage of that age have a problem with the fuel tanks.
They have a coating on the inside that starts to break down comes loose and gets into the fuel system causing all sorts of problems.
Maybe worth checking out

Is a tricky one, I did understand your problem in the first post. I also had a similar problem ,it was the maf air flow ,you can spray and clean it ,only takes a few minutes and is a cheap elimination ,otherwise you may have to pay a mechanic to professionally clean the egr system. .

Vacuum type egr? So did you replace the egr valve it self or the vacuum actuator for the valve? Are you getting enough vacuum supply up to the actuator?

Why did you replace the throttle pedal?

Replaced the Egr value.
Didn't go near the actuator.

Will have a look at the actuator

Checked Egr solenoid opening and closing ,
working ok.

Checked Egr valve opening and closing ok.

Will see does the engine code P0401 come back on.

Regarding the engine jurdering intermittently at 1600 res in low gears this could be another issue.
