uh i dont really know the translation for those words but ill do my best:
servo pump - thats the pump that pumps the servo oil (atf) to the servo bar (greases it)
servo bar - well thats the... bar that coordinates movement of your front wheels with steering
please tell me whats their "real" english name
I suspect you're referring to the PAS pump and steering rack.

Actually I suspect he's been drinking ATF fluid....
Power claims: rubbish Device does not work when there is no manifold depression.
Fuel economy: possibly part load conditions ie over-run etc there is the potential for improvement as you are introducng extra air to an otherwise rch mxture that will promote increased running. Doubt very much on the claims of 28% but that will be hugely dependant on your drive cycle. It has been know for cars with these devices fitted to have passed MoT emissions tests without catalytic converters fitted. Unsure of the sustainability of the claims though.
Pick up / supposed performance gains: Again linking back to the leaning off of a fuel rich mixture, this slight leaning off of the fuel air charge could show an improvement in initial pick-up. That's it though. Many 205 owners have claimed that it improves pick-up on the 1.9 GTi model.
Claims are very far fetched and definately not a performance device. Will also depend greatly on the way that teh car was tuned/mapped.
