Warm start problem

Me again haha. Put old crank sensor back in, changed nothing, tried old fuel pump and changed nothing. Only thing that could be doing this is the high pressure fuel pump or totally shagged injectors. When it starts it's like it's misfiring even though all injectors are clicking like normal. The black smoke is very bad and goes in line with the lumpyness so it 1 cylinder causing problems I think. I'm just eyeballing here trying to rule things out. Was gonna take it to a specialist to look at to tell me exactly what it is but the car doesn't run now so looks like I'll be pulling the parts canon out and unleashing hell. Haha
