Petrol additives: Best fuel sys cleaner?

Probably been done before.
Just doing a bit of tlc servicing on the old Hyundia runaround at the mo,performance gains not really an issue.
There are quite a few 'bung it in a tankful' products around.Anyone know which work best, or which 'ingredients' one should be looking out for.

Redex & the like have been around years.

I use Wynns it that makes any difference for 2 cars approaching 10 years old
