I'am looking for a set of IDF manifolds for my 5.5 beast so hopefully I can fit throttle bodies to the Griff to get through the 400BHP barrier-I have to keep up with jellison somehow!,if anyone can help please get in touch.

Yes!,the ones on the left,but not at Johns prices!,as I have already done7K!!!! so I am hoping to try and get some second hand ones as the wife is not impressed.

Some of them come with water chanels as well if you look far enough.

try speaking to dave at emerald he did me a jenvey kit at the right price,and his ecu`s are very good,makes a good package.7k on a rover to get 400bhp,my 4.9 made 338 and over heated if not careful ate gearboxes (getrag as well ) why not put a ls1 in you know it makes sense the std motor in my rx7 is 417bhp and 440ftlb with no internal mods !! i can do a engine and six speed box (with all ancelires) for £4500 cheers craig
