Ford Modular V8

Anyone know the dimensions of this engine? Is it bigger than a small block ford V8(5.0/302ci windsor) Particularly interested in the width as want ot know if It will fit in mk3 cortina (old 302 small block fits ok).

Its bigger than the old windsor 302, the Ford Falcon AU had the 302 windsor but couldn't fit the new modular V8 in (well it can fit but not easily) so they had to redesign the whole thing to make the BA Falcon to accept it. I don't know the exact measurements but it is quite a bit bigger than the old windsor which was quite compact. The DOHC version is wider again.

Thanks. I foudn some info on Fordracing.com, they have dims and weights. Seems a bit heavy compared to 302 aswell.
