very much alive as I might say

the dynorum was performed in 4th gear which has 1:1 ratio (so no torque
lies on this one) and the diff is 3,9:1 Liveaxle top speed in 4th is
198km/h and I havent dared yet to put it into fifth at that speed,
theoreticly it should do 250+ the KM counter was calibrated on the superflow dyno aswell It's a Dakota digital Item which has virtually no faultmargin so pretty acurate

now if one is to find a V8 engine block where these yamaha-20v heads will
fit on please share :-)

regards Thomas

No can do, there's no K&N filters that fitr the 4age stacks, I would like to cause I do agree with what you say. but there's no room under the bonnet for straight stacks with enough length and K&N's on.

Might think up a solution once though.

I heard there was a late '80's Jap only v8 Toyota, with an alloy block. It is supposed to take a Toyota twin cam head, but I don't remember which one. Could be 4AGE, but might be 2TG or something. Don't have any more info, as it was just hearsay rumour type thing.
