Heavy?

Just wondering if anyone out there would habe any idea how heavy the ford duratec 3litre v6 (as used in the st220) was. I know that it has an aluminium block but was wondering how it would compare to something like a 2litre zetec (iron block ally head)
I was wondering as i want to fit it in a westfield (it will fit....just)
