Porsche 2.5>2.7 conversion help needed

Hi there i have a porsche boxter 2.5 s plate and the cltuch and engine needs a bit of attention however ive been offered a mint low mileage engine from a 03 reg 2.7l porsche boxter my question is will this fit straigt in and will i need to change anything or need any additional parts to fir the new engine both gearboxes are 5 speed ones

The engines are basiczlly the same. The only thing I can think of which may cause you a problem is the E-gas system. The newer Boxsters use this where as the older 2.5's do not.
