Does anyone know where I can get a larger water pump pulley to suit a pre-serp RV8?

What size are P6 etc?

I fancy slowing down the water pump a bit to pick up some ponies

How many ponies are you hoping to find? The pump isn't exactly over-specced and if anything more water flow would be a good idea. Peak power consumption is only a few bhp, so there aren't huge power gains to be had - but there are huge reliability losses if you go too far.

Just been and measured a P6 water pulley and it was approx 170mm dia, also measured what I believe to be a P5B pulley and its 125mm. Both measurements are approximate (they still have their fans attached), and to the outside edge not the valley of the V.

Every little helps Pete ;-)

The ones on the SEAC's are about 25% bigger so it can't be too bad, anyway you know I'll keep an eye on temperatures

Got yours back together yet?
