North West Rolling Roads

Does anyone know of any rolling roads in the NW (I'm just south of Chester) that would be competent tuning/jetting a Weber 500 carb?

I've just fitted one to my SD1 that came off a Range Rover, and while both are 3.5l engines, the R-R probably has a more torque biased cam fitted and was LPG converted so I doubt the jetting etc will be ideal for the SD1.
