Odds on its the exhaust side turbo seals.

Smoking after a while on idle is almost guaranteed to be turbo seals.

Another posisbility is worn inlet valve stem seals.
The engine is pulling a lot of vaccum at idle and this can draw in oil past the seals.

That generally shows up after hard throttle on over run.

thanks every1 for your replys was finkin along the same lines was hoping turbo rather then valve seals (easier to fix) and not getting any smoke on over run or hard acceleration so hope just turbo gone another friend says over fueling could cause smoke on idle not helped by having any cat convertor and no back pressure please reply if turbo seals gone would i see signs of oil any where checked intercooler pipes and inlet pipes from turbo and no oil there?!!!!

The leaking seals will be inside the turbo, behind the turbine. You wont see anything visibly wrong on the outside of the turbo/exhaust.
