turbo manifolds
Discussion
post up ics of the vauxhall head ports or a gasket and im familiar enough with the CA18ET (s12) and CA18DET (s13) manifolds to know whether they have a fighting chance. never had anything to do with the SR20DET engines from the S14 though. maybe a search on ebay for tubular turbo manifolds for them will show pics of the ports and the spacings?
It can be made to fit. You need to grind the flange off the manifold and weld the c20xe/c20let one on , believe one of the runners needs shortened too.

Plenty of info about it there

Nobody makes a decent tubular manifold for the c20let and standard ones are cast and have the flange for kkk turbos. 200sx ones allow fitment of T25/T28/T3/T whatever you can get to fit.
I imagine thats why lol.
You sure about that ?I imagine thats why lol.
Maybe I have bad eyesight, but these look pretty decent

The quality of the Peter G stuff is superb. I have a Cossie manifold here, and its one of the best pieces of stainless work Ive ever seen..
Ive also seen the ebay SR20DET manifolds..
Well, they do work, but will crack fairly quickly. The flanges will also need surfaced when you buy it, as they are usually warped.
Also check that they have been de-burred inside, so no excess weld will fall off into the turbo once installed.
But yes, they are cheap, and compact.

wow.
its because my kkk16 hybrid is FECKED, and nobody will re-build it for less that £600....
for that i can get a recon gt28, and a sr20det manifold......
but not sure if it will fit in my corsa ????
bit of a while since ive had experience with these but wont a t28 give huge power but huge lag?its because my kkk16 hybrid is FECKED, and nobody will re-build it for less that £600....
