Always loved the Bora but the Khamsin has really grown on me and is now one of my favourites, to the point that I might now prefer it to the Bora ..... but its close between them and would be a tough choice for me. Sadly its unlikely I will ever find myself in a position where I had to choose!

I shall probably be hung for saying it on a Maserati thread, but that photo reminds me of one of the reasons why I prefer my 550 to my Granturismo. The Maserati is a great looking car by any benchmark, but the 550 is truly magnificent.
That's a 575 smile

My Mk 1 Sebring.
Having previously thought that the 3500 GT was my favourite classic Maserati (super rare A6GCS/53 excluded of course) I have decided the Sebring is my new favourite like this beauty above especially in this colour and with the wire wheels. Have you written any posts about it OLDBENZ?
The slim pillars are so stylish especially side on view.

Just returned to the site and seen your question. I have had the Sebring for a year and a half. I always thought they were something of a forgotten beauty. I liked the styling and the rarity. About three times as many Aston Martin DB5s were made as Sebring Mk 1s. Another interesting statistic is that in the UK in 1964 they retailed at 25% more than a DB5 but are now a third of the price. Lucas fuel injection is also an interesting feature and has proved reliable so far. I bought the car at auction in Paris shortly after completion of a 5yr plus restoration at McGraths in the UK for a French owner. She is a very early 1963 car in her original colour with a/c and a headrest just for the passenger which was not so uncommon in those days.

That Sebring is stunning. Why that is valued so less than a comparable Aston or Ferrari is beyond me.

Many thanks. The colour is Blu Mediterraneo, and the wheels are Matt Graphite.
