Think you'll like it D.
Yes, interior could be more exciting/luxurious, but it's very accessible performance and seems like it will be a great road car from my brief drive.
Not much storage, so it's sausage rolls on the passenger seat I'm afraid
Hi M,
The fact that its less exciting/luxurious inside is one of the points I like about this car, I dont like lots of buttons etc. I have been thinking about a mid engine car as daily use for some time, I was hoping Lotus would bring out an Esprit type car, but looks like this is very long way off.

When this MC20 came out I thought what great looking car inside and out with enough power to make it interesting for daily use but not crazy fast, also I dont mind the storage space its enough for what need or lack of engine noise as its for daily use phone calls etc, hope it has good seating and driving position. Have spoke privately to one that has done a video he says it really is that good to drive. Knowing the type of cars that you like to drive and that a current F1 driver has a coupe as his own car is what gave me the inclination to put a dips down, I will post up my views as soon as I have had a test drive.

Test drive done, one of the most exciting cars have driven in a long time. Spider ordered in yellow for Q1 next year.

Sounds great. Do you think its more exciting to drive compared to GT Porsches ?

Not same kind of car IMO, the current GT Porsche cars are very track bias which is great if you are into track days. This MC20 reminded me of a Lotus 300 Sport Esprit and 675LT from steering feel and chassis, suspension point, it rides very flat when pushed. Not doubt it will be good on track but as a road car its very comfortable with a great driving position and would be great on long distance trips. I knew after the first fast corner I had to have one.

Half of me wish you didn't like it as I'm now really tempted to order one. All the same many thanks for your feedback.

I admit, I was looking for a mid engine car for daily use the MC20 was not a car I was looking at initially then FS ordered one above. I know the type of cars he likes Ie they have to be great driving cars. Also a good friend over in Spain who works close with current F1 driver has one its the F1 drivers own personal car he just uses it. So my view nothing to lose by having a test drive, after my drive 2 of my friends have also test drove and ordered one. Go and have test drive dealers have demos, but leave your C-card at home.

they are fantastic aren't they, I've been singing their praises for awhile now and encouraging people to arrange test drives

Can't comment on the drive having not driven one, but the MC20 has to be the best looking car around at present.

What's the list on a Cielo ? Seems to be a secret, although seen 215k mentioned.

My Cielo 250k OTR, with options. I knew after the first fast corner it felt like a very special car...

The Coupe is reviewed on TG Sunday.

Maserati didn't have the time of day for me banghead

Must be my aftershave ?

Cancelled my Q1 build slot with the dealership on my return

No surely not? Your loss I guess by the sound of it! Bit odd to cancel an order because you didn't get personal service at a display stand, the dealership I could understand but the display is there for marketing reasons only!

I had opposite experience, as in the guy’s on the stand could not have been any more helpful. Even invite to see my car being built.

I love this picture and yes I totally agree with you all.

My Maserati visit was planned in advance and still no one could be bothered.

I simply couldn't spend £270,000 with them after being told they wouldn't drop the barrier to sit in the car.

I tried again the following day and it was the same.

Perhaps I just didn't look handsome enough to own "another" Maserati
