Hi guys,

I’m considering buying a Quattroporte Sport GTS.

I was wondering if anyone was near the Cambridge area who could take me for a ride in one?

I would be willing to travel a bit.

Thanks

I believe he still has it.

Given that he's putting out a new video daily he might be too busy for me to request it.

There are a couple for sale on autotrader, maybe look at one of those?
You will have to be willing to travel, there aren’t many in the uk.
Great cars though so well worth the effort.

Thanks, yep, unfortunately there is one in Bangor and the others are in the Cotswold area.

I am currently getting a finance quote on this one as it's way more than I wanted to pay:

If the finance comes back reasonably affordable I will go take a look. I hate the idea of being a time-waster so want to make sure it's a legitimate possibility to buy it.

They are fairly tricky to value to be honest. They had already bottomed out pre covid and were beginning to rise slowly. Like everything, currently prices are up even more.

For reference, for the ones that changed hands by being advertised (some will change hands without hitting the market) the highest price one was the Harry garage video car. This went for about 45-47k i believe, 20 odd thousand miles.

Assuming equal and good condition, no immediate remedial work required, I’d say a 60-70k mile car would be high 20’s with very low mile cars in the 40’s. All colour/spec dependant too, but that can also be down to personal taste of course. But they really don’t come up that often. Richard Grace cars is a good source but you may know that already, he’s sold many over the years and on his website you can see many of the colour combo’s of the ones sold!

This was really great advice, thank you!
