Im hoping to make this one,is anyone familiar with the pub,re things for the kids to do?.Also if it's the same Bath Road that www.trade-sales.co.uk is in, then if your early take a look if you're in the market for a second car as the prices are unbelievable.

I have had a bit of a change of plan, was going to be comming from the Island but I have to be in Christchurch on Friday evening. So is any one up for meeting at Winchester services, if so when do you think you will be arriving.

If you mean the new (last couple of years) services on the M3 about 5 miles after Winchester (north bound), I think we would be there about 10.15am

Well that was another excellent meet at the Shire horse..........for a small club we put on a good show!

thanks to all that turned up and for those who could not make it I will put up the pictures on the web site as soon as poss..

I think we had all the flavours of HSV with GTS, GTS-R, Maloo and VXR, plus all forms of power upgrades with Nitrous and superchargers!!!!

sorry i couldn't stay as long as I wished, my wife doesn't share our passion and I had neglected to mention that my seemingly spontanious idea for a family pub lunch had an alterior motive! Did you all go for a cruise after lunch? I would have enjoyed that. Still good to meet you all and see the VXR etc

I think that will have to be on the cards for the next meet, a cruise around Berks and Oxon. A know of a good vineyard near Hambledon, then we can blast in any direction the roads will take us.

Who's up for that?

Of course when I say cruise, you do know what I really mean don't you? (then again I have had the cruise control engaged at 170 before, that was fun) Please dont let me be the only loony, we really should make our presence known.
