I've asked Roger to quote me for a new turbo install with a goal of "around" 900bhp and being capable of doing 200 in a standing mile.

Well ...

It should be capable of more but as "we've" collectively found out it's not about pure grunt. You need power, but the right gearing and maintaining torque at higher revs are key too. Beyond 900 you have to spend silly money to keep it reliable and at the moment I don't see the point.

i have had the whole 200mph chats with roger and jez as i was interested in what it took so i kinda know the ins and outs. would be good to see it all setup and she how she runs once done tho. never done a passanger journey on 4 wheels past 170 before and i missed out on having a ride in jez's car befre it broke as for reliability i fully understand that.
