track control bushes
Discussion
hi guys,
can any one tell me where i can get the bushes for the track control arms. the big ones where arm goes through the crossmember. had car jacked up and they look like their done. car is a bit of a handfull at speed. all other bushes, drop links, track rods are new, tracking been checked and good. front springs and struts all look good. she feels like shes oversteering and at speed she wanders. any ideas would be great. cheers.

Front or rear. We keep the front ones. But it sounds to me more like a tyre issue. What tyres do you have on the back? What size wheels do you have?

Du you have standard suspension?can any one tell me where i can get the bushes for the track control arms. the big ones where arm goes through the crossmember. had car jacked up and they look like their done. car is a bit of a handfull at speed. all other bushes, drop links, track rods are new, tracking been checked and good. front springs and struts all look good. she feels like shes oversteering and at speed she wanders. any ideas would be great. cheers.
i think its the rear one as there was a gap between the bush and the big washer that compresses it, but looking at the road response pack it could be the front one`s that are fooked. rear tyres are new avon zz3 245-35-19 at 38psi. same on front but 36psi. it looks like its standard suspension. looks like woody`s been busy there are new drop links + bushes and track rod ends have been changed.

There is your answer to your oversteering. Get a pair of Michelin Pilot supersports on there or Pirelli P Zero rossos. No more oversteer. You dont want to be changing bushes while you have those on there!
